Delivery & Returns
During checkout, UK customers will be presented with Standard or Express shipping methods. Standard shipping is 2-4 business days and Express shipping is 1-3 business days.
For European and International customers, all orders will be fulfilled using tracked international shipping. Please allow up to 17 business days for delivery plus any possible delays in customs.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders using tracked shipping.
All delivery timescales are estimates. We endeavour to meet these timescales however delays can be incurred due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times or weather disruptions).
All shipping options operate within business day dispatch. Orders will be dispatched the next working day, excluding bank holidays.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately. If items ordered have already been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us once it has been delivered to you. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.
Please note that import taxes and customs fees may apply if you order from a non-UK country. Please check the import regulations for your country of residence in advance to be made aware of costs that could be incurred.
Where you have ordered a personalized, perishable or time critical item (such as food, newspapers, event tickets or e-vouchers) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
To Exchange / Return your item please follow the below instructions.
Please fill in the returns form provided with your order number and items you'd like to return/exchange and we will rectify your order.
All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt! Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund (sorry).
